This Pre-Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the consumer before a distance sales contract is concluded.

2. Product Information Subject to the Contract
The basic characteristics of the products (type, quantity, brand/model, color, size) and the sales price including all taxes are provided on the order page and in the order summary. Advertised prices are valid until an update is made; prices advertised for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.
3. Payment and Delivery
- Payment methods: Secure online payment with credit card / debit card.
- Shipping fee: Shipping is free for all orders and is covered by the Seller.
- Delivery time: Following order confirmation, products are shipped within 1-2 business days and are usually delivered to the address provided by the Buyer within 2-5 business days via our contracted cargo company Kolay Gelsin, without exceeding the legal 30-day period.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to a third party at the address indicated, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. Notification of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to aqualab@aqualabpro.com. 5. Complaints and Applications
The Buyer can submit their complaints and requests to the Seller through the communication channels listed above. In case of dispute, the right to apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Commerce is reserved.
The Buyer accepts that they have read this Pre-Information Form and confirmed it electronically before approving their order.
